From downtown Maumee, take the Anthony Wayne Trail (US 24 / SR 25) north to I-75 North, then I-475 West toward Sylvania. Exit at Douglas Rd, turn right onto Douglas Rd, then right onto W Sylvania Ave. The shop is on the right at 2121 W Sylvania Ave. You can also take I-475 around the west side of Toledo to the Secor Rd exit (about 17 miles, similar time).

No, unless you carry a valid medical affidavit under Ohio Adm.Code 4501-41-05(A). Front side windows must let in at least 50% of light. Ohio allows a 3% light-transmission measurement tolerance (the rule's ±3%), so readings down to 47% pass; anything darker doesn't meet Ohio's rule. Driving a vehicle with non-conforming tint is a minor misdemeanor, and installing non-conforming film is a fourth-degree misdemeanor for the installer (Ohio Rev. Code 4513.241(C), (D) and (K)).
Yes. Tint film must have a legible label, permanently installed between the film and the glass, showing the film maker's name and its light transmission percentage, placed in the lower left-hand corner of the window as seen from outside (Ohio Adm.Code 4501-41-03(F)). Reflective film isn't allowed on any window (Ohio Rev. Code 4513.241(F)).
There's no darkness limit for the windows behind the driver. If the back (rear) window lets in less than 50% of light (plus or minus 3%), the vehicle must have outside rear-view mirrors on both the left and right sides (Ohio Adm.Code 4501-41-03(A)(4)).
